What's next and thank you

We will complete our annual global emissions audit with Normative and explore alignment with the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).
Our operational environmental targets include achieving a 5% reduction in both energy use and waste by July 2026, across our global offices.
To build internal capability, we will continue to roll out regular Impact Training modules and embed five new Impact Project Groups to accelerate progress towards our ambitious goals.
Our global content audit will continue to evolve, with a particular focus on the qualitative output and streamlining how we measure our brand work around the world.
We will also invest in deepening our partnerships for good and discovering new opportunities for collaboration, while celebrating our people through enhanced recognition and storytelling.
Together, these initiatives will drive momentum towards our next Global Impact Report, set to be published in July 2026.
